Blackmountain Cycle Centre

Yo all , just got back from another great day at the Blackmountain Cycle Centre , if you haven't been yet and like your jumps you really need to get out there !

Really good quality fun jump trails that are DH bike friendly ( can be ridden on smaller bikes of course but they have aimed to make it DH bike friendly as a priority in terms of speed and jumps ) some thing that is quite lacking in this country , other places have jumpy bits or sections or just the odd stand out jump but this place has them back to back all the way down the hill on multiple tracks and combinations

And the new sections being constructed currently look nice and big ! Plenty of 25-30 doubles and table tops , some of the best work I have seen , this is one of the great things about the builders at BMCC , pretty much every new addition they make is a step up from what there is currently there , genuine progression unlike so many place that ignore people that are comfortable with jumping and want to go further.

Joe the landowner is a truly nice hap , very friendly and helpful and get's you up the hill in their new 16 bike trailer in a few minutes.

Treat your self and book up an uplift day there and you won't be disappointed !

Usually plenty of places free which I find strange given the quality of the trails and that most other uplifts are booked up weeks or even months ahead
