For sale, a Ritchey Venturemax XL Gravel/Adventure/Bikepacking drop bar in mint condition. This bar is pretty wide compared to 'normal' road/cyclocross bars and measures 52cm at the centre of the hoods and 62cm in the drops! It's got pretty shallow reach/drop and is really well suited to bikepacking and adventure bike setups where you want more control and leverage for riding rougher conditions. It is also excellent for offering space in the cockpit area for gear and handlebar bags etc. I put this bar on my Salsa Cutthroat and it really transformed the bike into a much more capable machine off road (in my opinion, many off road worthy gravel bikes get sold with handlebars that are really too narrow for good control in rougher terrain). Modern MTB bars run 740-760mm wide - makes total sense to run a wider bar on a gravel bike, especially given the nature of west coast terrain. Only reason for sale...I bought a MTB and will scale the Cutthroat back a bit for lighter duties. This bar sells for $110 US and is $150 CDN plus tax. Trades: I would consider a trade for a narrower gravel style bar (46-48cm range)

For sale, a lightly used Xfusion Manic dropper post in excellent working condition. This was on my Salsa Cutthroat, but I now have a MTB and won't need the salsa to handle the rougher stuff, hence reason for sale. Seat post is internally routed, has a clamp diameter is 27.2mm, 50mm of travel (does not sound like much but on a gravel bike really makes a huge difference), zero setback, 350mm overall length.

For sale, an Xfusion Manic dropper post specifically designed for gravel bikes. This model has 50mm of travel and a seat post clamp diameter of 27.2mm. This has been excellent for those gnarlier rides where you might tackle some mtb trails and more technical descents - it really makes a difference, despite only having 50mm of travel. I recently bought a full suspension mtb so, I will not be needing to ride my Salsa Cutthroat as if it were a mountain bike. I don't remember what I paid for this but I think it was about $150-175..? PLEASE NOTE: I will consider trading this dropper post for a good quality 27.2mm seat post.

For sale, a 2019 MEC 'ACE LTD' youth MTB with a 24'' in excellent used condition. This is a better than average kids bike with a quality 6000 series alloy frame and above average brakes. I am the original purchaser of this bike and a self confessed bike nut. My son however, is not into cycling at all...Sadly, this bike never really got used and now he has outgrown it. This represents an excellent opportunity for someone to purchase a really good quality kids bike in nearly mint condition. Originally this bike was $600 plus tax. This bike has hydraulic Tektro brakes, a 1X8 speed Shimano drive train and front suspension. Included with the sale are: a carbon fibre seatpost, faster rolling lighter tires than stock, a water bottle cage/water bottle, front LED light, rear red LED light, handlebar bell, aluminum kickstand, extra reflective material on some of the spokes. The bike is tuned and needs absolutely nothing but a new owner. Also included with the sale is a $100 Giro helmet in hi-viz yellow that has been worn twice and is essentially new, as well as a pair of kids blue MEC riding gloves. Bike is a good fit for a rider between 8-11 years old and 4'5'' to under 5 feet in height. The black frame with orange accents is also pretty nice to look at. A couple of scratches from my son falling over but otherwise the bike is very clean.
