Nope. The disc is not lined up with the brake. Wider hub equals offset disc by 5mm

VW hydraulic bike lift/rack
$300 CADVolkswagen Roof Rack with hydraulic bike lift. Excellent condition. includes VW corss bars and lifts for two bikes. Fits 1999.5-2005 VW jetta, and I think it will fit the Golfs as well (not too sure on that though)
