It’s a full carbon trail ripper that’s perfect for the mid-Atlantic and holds its own in the chunk if you’ve got the strength to muscle it around. I am the original owner. Stats: - frame size: large - wheel size: 29. Will clear a 2.6 on a 30i rim if that’s what you’re into - rear travel: 110mm via upgraded Rockshox Deluxe Ultimate - dropper: included, 150mm of drop The rear shock is a Rockshox Deluxe Ultimate which is an upgrade from the regular Deluxe that came on the bike originally and is a serious upgrade over the SIDluxe that come on the new ones. There’s a paint chip near the bottom bracket from a rock that happened 3 years ago - it’s nothing to be concerned about. There’s heli tape in wear areas and the frame has never been crashed. It’s got some cosmetic scrapes from being ridden in the woods as a mountain bike should be, but it’s been taken care of. There is also clear heli tape on the top tube near the headset and on the seat tube between the bottle bosses. The wear you see is in the tape, not the carbon. The current build weighs in at under 25lbs with real tires but this listing is for the FRAME AND DROPPER ONLY. Pictures of the bike built are for illustrative purposes only. Up for sale is my 2021 Specialized Status 140 in size S3, which, for this bike in particular, means a 465mm reach (same as my large Epic Evo). I am the original owner and I purchased the bike new back when they were still "the secret bike." Bike comes as a factory mullet, so 29er wheel up front and a 27.5 out back. Fantastically playful bike; one of the most ignorant descending bikes I've ever ridden. Details: - 140mm rear travel from a Fox DPX2 (serviced May 2022) - 150mm Fox 36 up front with Fit Grip damper (added 150mm air piston when fork was serviced in May 2022. Can include stock 140mm air piston if buyer would like to change back) - Shimano Deore/SLX 12s drivetrain mix (upgrade from stock NX) - Factor Components rear hub upgrade (~3* engagement) rebuilt to stock 30mm internal rim - SRAM Code R brakes, bled May 2022 - PNW Range 800mm bars (35mm clamp) - Deity grips - Deity Deftrap pedals - 2.3 Spesh Butcher tires at both ends, set up tubeless - Specialized Power saddle - Bottle cage and Syncros trail fender included There are some scratches on the bike commensurate with age, use, and Pisgah rocks, the worst being on the downtube near the bottom bracket; this happened 3 days ago.
