Rocky River Trails.

We started properly building this winter, so I thought i might aswell start documenting the progress of the trails. With pictures, videos/Time lapses.
I will try to update this Through to Summer.
The start of the work started when we built a Trick jump at the bottom of the wood, This didn't take too long, and we had a brilliant session afterwards, with a BBQ and a few riders!

A couple of weeks ago we built the roller for the main line, and started the first.
Today we had a friend and his mini-digger in the woods, We got so much done just in the first hour or so. We carried on for most of the day and got the first built up, A pump into another bombhole, A Speed jump, and a pile of dirt for the first proper double, It's about 5-6ft from in the bombhole at the moment.

All in all, It was a good day!

Had quite a good dig today!

We got another double finished and one close to completion.

This First feature was changed again after this to a rolling double, but the speed just isn't right, so we're going to take it out completely and build the second (Soon to be the first) into a bigger starting jump.

Everything else went well!

Went down today in the wind and sorted the trick jump, made a very short edit as the sun started to blind me.

Didn't get much done today, We had no digger an it was raining all day!

We were planning on taking the first one out completely to make room to gather more speed, but because of the rocky dirt we didnt get too far..

And a spot of lunch..

Right, I haven't updated this for a while, not much building has been going on. The weather is way too nice not to ride!

This Evening i got home from college early, so i went for a nice session on my own.

Enjoy!

Trick Jump's

We haven't had the digger for a while, so we're trying to keep things going by hand. Which is hard without a pick axe..

The first two in the line are now running, we are working on the 3rd at the moment.
Once we have the digger for another day we can get on with the rest of the line, which will run down the side of the tricks jump, hopefully building something nice and big!

Had a short dig this afternoon and got the 3rd landing done.
