Spank Industries has been producing exclusive upgrade components for every discipline of MTB for over a decade.
Although Spank has earned notoriety in recent years for in-house production of highly weight optimized rims and handlebars, as well as an interesting collection of stems and accessories, Spank also produces some amazing hardtail frames.

"Tweet" is Spank Industries' colorful line of dirt/slope/street frames and components, including rims, bars, stems, grips, saddles, sprockets, half-link chains, etc...
Almost all of which come in 7 popping colors. Just about everything in the Tweet line is fresh...right down to the scented Grips (vanilla, orange, apple and more).

New Tweet series dirt slope street

Last year Spank went to work on the Tweet DJ frame, updating just about every inch of it with feedback from their international pro team.
The goal was to preserve the lightness and "whipability" of the original, while improving on toe clearance during spin tricks, downtube clearance for some new forks with taller adjustment controls, and to optimize pedal bursts and power hops for today's bigger, faster slopestyle and DJ lines.

Spank lengthened the top tube significantly, and reduced the total length of the rear triangle. In the process, the whole rear triangle was trimmed and tightened, while maintaining clearance for larger diameter tires. To complete the new rear triangle, SPANK reinforced the chain/seat stay tubing, and invested in custom forge molds for the lightest and strongest dropouts possible.
The new custom dropouts are knurled to reduce annoying axle slip in the horizontal drops.
The seat tube too was shortened to compliment the new rear triangle, and allow riders to slam that saddle.

To keep the weight under 2.5kg, SPANK implemented a completely new double butted tube set, with a classic round profile. It was important to achieve all this without changing the comfortable 69 degree head tube angle, light weight, and short wheel base that fans loved.
