We finally got there, my last race of the year. Such a good year of racing, been all over the country, got some astonishing shots and met some amazing people.

I have to say the weather this weekend was definitely challenging, them having to move the start down the hill 300m was an indicator that it was pretty bad at the top. The wind was the most challenging factor, pretty much not being able to stand up at the top, let alone ride, but it did make for some amazing views.

Saturday started off drizzly and cold... very slow start with riders reluctantly making their way to the top of the hill, to brave the wind and rain that greeted them. About mid day the rain stopped and racing started to pick up, i think this is my favourite track on the circuit, its just a wide open pinned, balls to the wall kind of track, not really much technical with some big jumps. Sunday came and once again the wind was the main worry. Shout out to all the marhsalls who braved the less than desirable conditions for a full two days, i assume they were utterly miserable. No major accidents to speak of, with only one ambulance being called and i think the lad was just a bit shook up.

So all in all great weekend and a great years racing, can't wait for next year.
