Specialized Big Hit Comp

$400 USD
Actually a 2001 Big Hit Comp. Size medium. The original mullet ! I bought this bike New in Roseville, CA in 2001. Still has original front tire on it. All stock accept the Fox shock was upgraded. The stock shock was a death trap and had no dampening at all. I have the seat post around my garage some where but not the original seat. Big chain ring has worn ramps and will need to be replaced to easily shift into the big ring. This rig would make a great wall hanger or an addition to someone's collection. It has been sitting in my garage since 2016 and I would like to see it go to a new home. I paid $2,400 for it new. Bikes were cheaper then! Bike is in good shape and the rims are not beat up. Original break pads. I believe I have the Bomber fork manual as suppled at purchase. I can ship, but would rather do a pickup as my spare time is valuable. Hit me up with any questions.

Big Hit Grom Specialized

$550 USD
As you have likely figured out this is a downhill bike for kids that are not ready to step up to a 26/27.5 inch bike. This rig is very stable and built solid. it has 24" wheels and has 2.4 inch DH tires mounted in great shape. I upgraded to a Fox CTD air shock which I had rebuilt by FOX and only has a couple of rides on it. Everything works-there is the normal wear and some scratches. This is not a mint condition rig, but a rider that has been maintained. Rims are true, brakes work, and it shifts fine. an upgraded fork would be a great future addition for added performance. The bike does really well at the ski hills or on shuttle runs locally. My son has done Mammoth, China Peak, and the Sea Otter on this rig and had a great time while riding some advanced terrain. Full disclosure-it is heavy for your little ripper to peddle up any large grades. My son is about 4 foot 9 inches and he has some extra room to grow. Should fit many kids from 5th to 8th grade depending on their size. Great and affordable way to get your child into more advanced riding safely. There are some really nice full suspension 24" bikes on the market now, but they are a significant investment. This rig will get your kid on the ski hill/bike park/downhill course for less than a new set of rims! can do paypal or meet up if you are in the central California coast area.
