What is it?That’s What She Said! is a FREE, all-mountain women’s event including a TREASURE HUNT with prizes, beginners’ clinic, free shuttles, loads of bike demos, gear, fabulous food, swag give-aways and an AFTER PARTY to wrap up the day!
We invite all ladies out there from curious new-comers to the sport, to wild women of the trails to join in and get their sass on! The event is about showcasing for women, the awesome rad fun that is mountain biking for all levels of riders, and enjoying the day in the company of like-minded ladies.
And it’s all brought to you FREE of charge!
The main event on the day will be the team XC Treasure Hunt. This will be held on some classic Fraser Valley XC trails, geared for intermediate to advanced ability levels, and is open to teams of two riders. Also on offer is a beginners’ clinic where new-comers to the sport will be guided through some valuable basic skills in a fun and supportive atmosphere. Beware though…this sport is highly addictive; it can get real hard at times, but you’ll soon learn that’s when it’s most fun!… “That’s what she said!”

Saturday, July 20th 2013, 10am – 3pm
Treasure Hunt & Beginners Clinic : 11am – 3pm
Free Shuttles: 1pm – 3pm (accessing more amazing trails sweat-free)
This amazing event is proudly presented by Giant Bicycles’ new women’s brand, Liv/giant, who will be providing demos on the day from their range of on-road, x-road and off-road bikes.
But wait, there’s more….sign up now and don’t miss out; we’ll throw in, at no extra charge, a team of obliging boys to assist with the day’s activities and ensure all the ladies are well looked after!

To be involved in this amazing Fraser Valley Mountain Bike (FVMBA) event, follow the steps below:
1) Partner up with another rad lady for the day – this event is for teams of 2.
3) Come up with a team name – have fun with it….. “That’s what she said!”

Both team members needs to register individually online – follow prompts to supply your name, email and team name info.
