Swatch shot out of the gate more than 30 years ago and roars into Munich for the second edition of Swatch Prime Line, the headline event of Munich Mash on June 26th-28th 2015. Set for Saturday June 27th at the Bavarian capital’s famed Olympia Park, Swatch Prime Line features today’s top performers in mountain bike slopestyle. Challenging riders to deliver the best, most reckless and most fluent line over the course – the PRIME LINE – the action and thrill-packed event has been upgraded this year to Diamond Series status – the top event category on the FMB World Tour. With so much at stake, Swatch Prime Line 2015 promises to bring out the best from 24 invited riders.

Swatch Prime Line 2015 is one of only 5 FMB World Tour Diamond Series events worldwide. The 24 top Slopestyle athletes will battle for a place in the 6-man super-finals, the last chance for the best competitors to go big and steal the win. Already confirmed is Swatch Proteam athlete Sam Pilgrim (UK), Brett Rheeder (CAN), Nicholi Rogatkin (USA), Thomas Genon (BEL), Peter Henke (GER), Louis Reboul (FRA), Sam Reynolds (GBR), Yannick Granieri (FRA), Szymon Godziek (POL), Anthony Messere (CAN), Logan Peat (CAN) and wildcard winner Bobby Lamirande (CAN). And no matter who wins, Saturday night will find Slopestyle fans celebrating in style at the Swatch Prime Line after-party.

Swatch Prime Line is the featured event at this year’s Munich Mash, which drew 52,000 spectators to the Olympia Park last year. Now included as round 2 of the FMB Diamond Series, riders will be laying it all on the line for championship points. Once again, fans can expect to witness world-class mountain bike action but also an awesome atmosphere during the Mash Fest which features a unique combination of music, culture, and other action sport contests like BMX Street Rink and Skateboard Street Rink.

what a shame for the rankings that they decided to put this eventevent at the same level with the 3 crankworkx and RB rampage ..... this is a gold event, nor a diamond one.

Seems like they did it just due to the sheer size of the crown and the willingness of the riders to thrown down so hard at this event.
