Hi, I’m selling my Starling Murmur Factory in size XL. It’s a 2019 frame and is a little different to a normal Murmur. They’re normally 160f/140r but this has been changed into a ‘Down country’ trail bike with the fitting of a shorter stroke shock and reduced travel forks. It now sits at 130f/120r. The suspension is brand new. 36’s reduced to 130 and a RS Select air shock. The tyres are brand new but everything else is from my old Murmur. Frame bearings are brand new. I have the air shaft for the forks and a rear shock to be able to run 160f and 140r if required. XT derailleur and cassette 12 speed. XTR shifter and KMC chain. XTR brakes. Hutchinson Wyrm Racing Lab Tyres Burgtec Carbon bars. Burgtec Grips. Hope Pro 2 Front hub and pro 4 rear DT Swiss rims. Price is £1650. Price can be reduced to £1500 but the drivetrain will be replaced with XT 11 speed with new cassette and chain.

I love this bike, but I have too many. It's a 2021 Trig XL and is mostly stock with a few nice upgrades. The stem and bar have been changed for a PNW Coast set up. 520mm wide bars on the hoods and a 50mm stem. I've also added a PNW Coast suspension dropper. It has a 100mm drop and the initial 30mm is suspension to take the edge off. The bike has cushcore fitted to both wheels as I prefer the feel and Pirelli Cinturato tyres. Gravel M (mixed terrain) on the front and Gravel H (hard terrain) on the rear. Other than that it's stock with Shimano GRX group set, WTB rims and Nukeproof hubs, carbon forks and steel frame. Wheels are 650b. This truly is a great bike and would be sorry to see it go. More pictures available on request.

XL Starling Murmur Factory. The Factory was when Starling was making them all by hand in Bristol and he would get a few made in Taiwan to sell. These are identified by the lack of gusset between the top tube and down tube. These frames share at lot with the current V3 generation frames with thicker head tube and an alloy insert in the seat tube so the post doesn’t weld itself in which is nice. Please see spec below for full spec. The pictures show wrong drivetrain which I have used on another bike. Bike is from 2019 and I’m the only owner. Spec: Ohlins RXF36 M.2 44 Offset @ 160mm - firm spring. Ohlins TTX rear shock. 525 spring. Reverb - drops 10-15mm when you sit on it but works fine. Rear Wheel - Hope Pro 4 with DT Swiss EX511 rim with Minion DHR 2. Front Wheel - Hope Pro 2 with DT Swiss XM481 rim with Double Down Assegai Maxx Grip. Race Face Turbine R stem. Burgtec RideWide Bars cut to 780mm. Race Face Turbine Chainset with 30t Absolute Black oval. XTR brakes with new pads f + r. 11 speed XT Derailleur and shifter with new SRAM chain and Brand X 11-46 Cassette. Hope bottom bracket and head set. Lovely bike but not getting much use these days.
