I built this bike up from scratch a few year ago and everything has been kept in good running order.
Couple of notes about the parts spec:
I put new rotors and pads on the brakes last season, but did a really shitty job breaking them in on a muddy day and now they make a fair bit of noise (still work, just loud). I’ve already bought the new parts and will gladly give them to you with the purchase of the bike.
The bike can handle two front rings and I will toss in a Shimano XT front derailleur and shifter to match.
Pedals... So I’ve got Cranks Brothers on it now. And have brand new set that I will toss in. If you’re not super keen and clipless, I’ll replace them with a comparable flat.
