Aug 4, 2013S Black Specialized P2 frame
$500 CADIn great condition, only rode it for 2/3 months, only minor cosmetic scratches on the bottom of the down tube. Also a few scratches on the chain stay from before I got a chain guard. Other than that everything is perfect.

Mar 23, 2013POC Cortex DH L/XL
$150 CADPractically brand new, only used twice. Have to sell my bike so I don't need this. Only problem is there is a small paint crack, it came this way. Other than that it is brand new, no scratches or anything. This is already a pretty good deal considering they go fro 300+ new. Message preferred.

Mar 23, 2013Specialized P2
$700 CADSmall, Black, 2012, Specialized.
Upgrades:
- New Avid Elixir 1
- Deity Decoy Pedals
- Holy Roller Tires
- Lizard Grips
Bike is only 4 months old. Very little use, great for dirt jumpers of any level. Good condition. Fork was rebuilt 1 month ago. Also has a brand new break. The only two things wrong with the bike are minor paint chips on the bottom of the down tube from my school bike racks and the brake cable has a small kink so if you bar spin sometimes the brake won't work, this is a max $20 fix at any bike shop, the guy who installed the brake twisted the cable. I am open to realistic offers. I'd prefer selling in the GTA, Waterloo Region. Send a message if you are interested.

Video: Matt 'Bad Bones' Jones - Part 1
You don't throw your head back to initiate the rotation, you do it to look for the landing and that keeps the rotation going. If you stop looking you get stuck upside down...
@iamamodel there are similarities between gymnastics and you can borrow some technique from gymnastics but really only air awareness. Other than that the overlap is minimal. Body position on a bike is nothing like gymnastics.
