The Rise Partymaster Frame Now Available!
Keep in mind it is 650$ Canadian dollars, not American. There is a huge different between the 2 currencies right now.

The Rise Partymaster Frame Now Available!
Usually, the seatpost minimum insertion rule is to have a least 2" of seatpost below the Toptube junction. But depending on your weight, how tall you are and what kind of "commuting" you do, we can`t really rely on this rule, especially on a small frame like this one. In an ideal world, you would want to have as much Seatpost lenght as possible inserted in the Seattube to keep everything stiff and safe. So basically, you will be fine unless you weight over 300 lbs and have 2 meter-long legs.
