I just upgraded to 11speed XT drivetrain with 11-46 cassette. That has probably less than 100 miles on it.
I also upgraded the rear shock to a double chamber Rockshox Monarch shock that gives the bike a more lively feel. That's got probably 150 miles on it.
The Rockshox reverb dropper is brand new, I ran a KS post on it and just installed the Rockshox
