2001 Giant AC3 Mountain Bike

Selling my Giant AC3 from 2001. Despite the frame being over 10 years old I have only ridden it for 2 seasons, (2009 & 2010) it sat in my garage for the first 8 years of its life.
I built it up with all new parts in 2009 and began riding it. The frame is still in excellent condition besides the obvious housing rub and chain slap that every frame eventually gets. There are no cracks what so ever in the frame and I have taken excellent care of it being a pro XC racer.
This frame was built in the good old days of beefy tubing and big welds, this bike has surprised me time and time again at how tough it is. No play in any bearings, frame is solid.
I'm a 5'11" 140lb rider and this bike fits me perfectly: ridden Whistler, Cypress, Fromme, Seymour, Sun Peaks, Manning Park and it handles great, not to mention it's great at climbing, I'm always first to the top and bottom with friends.

Frame: 2001 Giant AC3 150mm travel - 18" Med
Rear Shock: Rock Shox Deluxe spring coil with dampener & rebound adjust.
Fork: 2010 Fox Vanilla 32 RLC 140mm with lockout & standard QR
Brakes: 2009 Magura Marta SL (both completely rebuilt last year costing $220)
Rotors: Magura Storm SL (180mm front & rear, 6-bolt compatible)
Crackset: Shimano XT M770 (3x9 spd, Race Face bash guard on currently but 3rd chainring is included.)
Rear Derailleur: Shimano XT M772 Shadow mid cage
Front Derailleur: Shimano XT M771 Dual pull triple spd with 28.6mm clamp
Cassette: Shimano XT M770 9spd 11-34T
Chain: SRAM PC971 9spd
Shifters: Shimano SLX SL M660 3x9spd RapidFire
Wheels: Sun Rims Rhyno Lite disc rims with Shimano Deore M525 hubs (replaced all spokes and hub insides 2 months ago, wheels have been completely rebuilt and are true.)
Handlebar: Race Face Turbine low riser 680mm 31.8mm clamp (brand new)
Stem: Race Face Evolve 60mm 31.8mm clamp (brand new)
Seatpost: Race Face Evolve 27.2mm (brand new)
Grips: Race Face Strafe lock-on
Saddle: WTB Speed V-Comp (brand new)
Rear Tire: Maxxis Minion F2.5" triple ply
Front tire: Maxxis Ardent 2.35" dual ply

I'll consider a bike parts related trade but the brakes are worth $300 each and the fork cost me $920 a couple years ago so I think my asking price is pretty reasonable, not to mention the $500 I've put into getting it ready for sale.
