These are the shimano MT31 shoes I rode for bout 4 months when i decided to try clipless shoes. I then changed to a full suspension and decided that it would be more fun to have the ability to move around more freely. Great cross country set up. The Pedals are a double sided, one side flat for the ability to ride without the clipless shoes and the other side clipless.
