[Update] The bike has been on one test ride on a trail. I swapped out the tires for the ride so they are still new, but all the "new" parts have one ride on them, but are still good-as-new. I've lowered the price by $250
For sale is my 2008 Turner 5 Spot with a bunch of brand new parts that I swapped with the bike I just purchased.
The size is Medium (17").
The bike was purchased from a dealer in 2009, and it wasn’t built up until 2010. I purchased it from the original owner and probably put 3-400 miles on it. The suspension bushings were replaced before I bought it. I love the bike, it just ended up being a little too small for me. With the new parts it feels like a brand new bike. It weighs in at 28 lbs 2 oz w/o pedals, which is quite respectable for a trail bike. The bike has had its decals removed and has a matte graphite finish for extreme stealth badassness. It has a few scratches from rocks and cable rub, but nothing out of the ordinary for a bike that has seen some use. There are no dents that I can see and everything is straight. I tried to take photos that show the worst of it.
I would also consider selling frame & fork. Contact me if you're interested.
The fork is a 2010 Fox Float 140 FIT RLC. It has some scratches on one of the stanchions, but they were filled and buffed. They don’t affect the performance of the fork as far as I can tell. It’s super plush and nicely broken in.
The wheels, cranks/BB, brakes, and tires are all brand new off the bike I just bought. I swapped them because I liked what I had. They have literally never been riden.
The wheels are awesome hand-built DT M1900s.
The cranks/BB are a Sram X7 triple. They are brand new but there’s a nick on the drive side by the pedals because the bike fell over while I was taking pictures of it because I am an idiot.
