Raleigh XXIX+G 29er MTB (Size LG)

This 29er is the perfect bike to rip trails, climb mountains, and win races. With this bike's steel frame, you get the efficient pedaling of a hardtail and a bit of cushion to make your time on the trail more comfortable and fun. A Fox fork up front gives you reliable and plush suspension, and I've swapped out the stock bars and stem for some Easton Haven carbon bars ($130 value) and an Easton Haven 55mm stem ($100 value). This stem/bar combination will put you in the perfect position to control the bike, whether that means getting your front wheel off the ground, ripping into a corner, or handling gnar. I've also set the bike up with 1x10 ($50+ dollar value) gearing, which keeps things simple and clean. I swapped the stock tires out for a pair of folding Maxxis Ardents ($90 value), which are absolutely stellar.

You will not find a bike like this at this price anywhere else. My camera sucks, so don't let the pictures deceive you: this bike is mean looking.
