These were made by Stradalli cycles in the USA. They are 44cm center to center with a 31.8 diameter clamp size. The clamping area as well as the shifter mount areas have grit paint to enhance the grip without needing lot's of carbon paste (I still recommend using carbon assembly paste).
They have internal cable management built in so you can do a fancy half wrap if you wish. As seen in the photos they are aerodynamic.

I put about 100 kms on them. They are really nice handlebars but don't suite me for my bike.
