008 Mavic Dee Max Wheelset. 26” 20mm front, 150 x 12mm thru rear Great Shape
This 2008 Mavic Dee Max Wheelset is in great shape. The rims are nearly perfect in terms of dings and dents. See photo of one minor dent in rear. The hubs are in great shape with minor wear and paint cracking near 6 bolt rotor threads on non-drive / brake side of hub (see photo). Performance in DH racing and extreme freeride is a subtle compromise between strength and weight, lateral stiffness and vertical compliance, stability and maneuverability. The Deemax provides you with the sweet spot on all of those and will give you the edge on your toughest competition. This wheelset is in great shape and will be awesome for your next dream DH build.
