2012 Orange Five *** STOLEN PLEASE LOOK

This bike was stolen from the back of my van near Bath in October 2012 looking like the photo of it laying on the floor.

In January it was advertised on eBay using the photo of it in front of a sofa and listed in Melksham, Wiltshire. It was previously listed with the same photo in Wyke Regis, Dorset. It has also been advertised with this photo on Gumtree in Dorset and London.

The police arrested someone but didn't have enough evidence to press charges and ETA insurance didn't pay out as there was no significant damage to the locks.

The frame was new in June 2012 and is in excellent condition. It was built with some new and some old parts to the following spec, which is pretty unique. There is a good chance that the bike has now been split, so be wary of buying any of these parts without proof of purchase. I have the frame and swingarm numbers, which have been given to the police.

When stolen it was fitted with a distinctive black Raceface XY seatpost, black Charge Spoon saddle and no pedals. It looks like the seatpost has been swapped to a Thomson lay back post and a brown saddle fitted.
