2008 Rocky Mountain Slayer SXC 70 - 18" / Medium with several upgrades:
Great condition and meticulously maintained -- Have been lured away by bigger wheels otherwise would be keeping it!
Changes from 2008 stock configuration:
Upgraded to 36 Talas II RC2 (regularly maintained (last time fall '12)... SuspensionWerx; rear shock rebuilt & revalved late '11, too)
Upgraded to Mavic Crossmax ST with new (Jan '13) HubDoctor ceramic bearing freehub - no more worn bushings!
Upgraded to WTB Rocket V SLT kevlar / titanium rail seat
Thomson X4 70mm stem
Brand new Race Face Turbine bar (725mm) (will be take off from new bike)
Upgraded to Enduro seals & bearings in Race Face BB / Atlas AM cranks
New (Sept '12) paint matched chainstays -- warranty from RMB. All new pivots & bearings added.
Currently running Continental Trail King 2.4 (F) and Mountain King II 2.4 (R) tubeless but will include 99% new pair Kenda Nevegal DTC 2.35
Currently running 2x9 with 36x24 Blackspire rings (w/ eNVe bash) and 11x34 Sram 990 cassette. Shifting great but could likely use new cassette, chain & rings this year (depending on your use). Will also include 95% new original Race Face 44x32x22 rings and Blackspire resin bash.
Priced to move quickly -- need to make room!
