2007 Demo 7 I

For sale is my Small 2007 Specialized Demo 7 I. For sizing, I am 5'9" and 170lbs and the fit was plenty stable and super agile, never had problems with cockpit space. Long story short: got back into mountain biking after 10 years this July, bought the bike, enjoyed it more than I can explain, but I'm having knee surgery today and won't realistically be able to ride real downhill next season. In the time I've had the bike I put about 8-10 rides on it, 80% of the time at cop, but including a day in the bow valley and one at Fernie. It has had no problem with anything I've ridden. Brand new rear tire, pedals and front/rear brake pads.

I am selling it only because I am looking for an enduro bike to do some racing on this summer as a means of cross training. This is why I have included consideration for bike-related trades. Trades I would consider would be bikes along the lines of Yeti sb-66, Trek Remedy, Rocky Mountain Slayer or Altitude, Santa Cruz Bronson, Specialized Enduro or SJ. If it is the right bike I will obviously be open to cash inclusion in the trade.
