2002 Balfa Minuteman

Very nice Minuteman frame with very nice extras - best deal you'll find on one (or let me know):

1. Like new Thomson Elite seatpost (the best - and expensive!) - long 410 mm so you can get the saddle up for pedaling

2. Exclusive Balfa Minuteman bolt-on v-brake posts - machined out of a solid piece of aluminium. (these frames are otherwise disc-only and never come with the v-brake posts). You can move the posts to fit a 24" or 26" wheel anywhere in the dropouts.

3. Complete replacement Balfa Minuteman decal set (in case you repaint the frame).

4. FSA Pig headset.

Neither this frame, nor the extras (#2 and 3) are available anymore - and this is one of the best technical-riding hardtail frames around (the definitive shore hardtail).

After 2002, they are all one size in the seat tube (13.5"), and regular or long in the top tube. A long top tube is best for a small trail/jump/park frame like this - and this one is a size long. It makes the cockpit of the bike feel very roomy, but still tricks like a BMX.

Chromoly steel handmade in Canada - so no worries about how hard its been ridden because steel doesn't fatigue like aluminium. For your info though, this bike was used for trail and ridden smoothly (yeah - everyone thinks they ride smooth right).

I'll offer follow up technical support to the buyer (cable routing options, derailleur setup, chainline, etc., from my experience with the frame).
