Santa Cruz direct mount rear deraileur hanger. Replaces the standard mech hanger on any Santa Cruz 142x12 rear end and allows you to mount the mech without the B link which leads to better shifting and makes it easier to get the wheel out. Not on the bike very long so in good condition £15 posted
