Small size Santa Cruz V-10 downhill bike. 10" travel! It was totally rebuilt in the spring - almost everything is Brand New on it. Bike was only ridden a half dozen trips down Moose Mountain since.
Even though it is a small size, it can fit a larger person fine.
New Marzocchi 888 RC2.
New Sun MXT gold rims on Hadley hubs.
New Race Face Atlas FR cranks.
New Race Face BB.
New SRAM XO shifter.
New SRAM XO rear derailleur.
New E-Thirteen chain guide
New Dirty Dog Reaper stem.

New Hutchinson and Panaracer tires.
New Shimano chain and cassette.
Also has Thomson seatpost, and Chris King Steelset.
The frame is in great shape - don't know what year it is, but you could look on Bikepedia and maybe figure it out.
