Never been over heated / over clocked / messed with the voltage.
Good working order.
Dust free.
Cleaned it every 2 weeks with a air gun. ( nothing has been blowing apart ! )

Come in the original box + all what was in. ( normal wear off on the box as it has been moved around a couple of times in my room )
Changed hardware:
1 X mouse mat. Gave that one away to a little kiddo.
1 x CrossFire cable - 1 I used so replaced it with a NEW one.
1 x DVI to D-Sub adaptor - 1 I used so replaced it with a NEW one. ( black from Club 3D )
