NS suburban

I'm selling my NS suburban because its not getting alot of use, I ride it at most once a week and its just usually around town, or at bmx tracks. Only been to dirt jumps a handful of times on it. I could use the money for other things.
The bikes mechanically in sound and is a pleasure to ride, very playful and flickable. I've always cleaned bike after each ride and inspected it for cracks & dents, which it has none. Its been serviced regularly by myself and my LBS. Here's the spec -
