I've owned this bike since new and it rips. I've had it built between 24-26 lbs in the past but settled on the components below as being the best setup for my riding style. this bike is built with top of the line components that, if serviced regularly, will perform very well and last a long time. component details:

RF post, Truvativ 80mm stem
2 sets of tires - bigger/heavier/gripper schwalbe setup and lighter/faster crossmarks
