Manitou metel rear shock, it has platform plus damping and rebound control all working fine.
I bought this shock about 2 years ago brand new from CRC for £80, used it for a year until I bought a new frame. Since then its just been sat in my toolbox as a spare in case I had to send my dhx 5 off or something.
Decided im never gonna use it so may as well put it out there in case some one wants it. its 222 x 2.8, comes with 450 x 2.75 spring.
