Mavic 823 with Shimano Saint hubs and 203mm XT rotors

Spare wheels that were never used as you can tell by the pictures. They literally have never seen a hill. 20mm front hube and 12mm rear 150 hub. Wheels will not come with tire. I am also willing to part out just the hubs or hubs and spokes if you are interested in that. Shimano XT rotors will also come with the wheels if you want them. They as well have never been used.
