fox DHX 4.0 7.75"*2"

I bought this shock off another user, who listed it as 7.875*2.25. Those aren't the correct measurements, so of course it doesn't fit my bike. I paid $110, i would just like to recover some of my losses. Eye to eye measurement is 7.75". Stroke is 2". It appears to be in good shape, no scratches beyond tiny marks on the sticker. Has pro-pedal, the knob version with twelve clicks. Also has rebound control. Unfortunately i've never had a chance to ride it.
