SELL or SWAP DH bike for XC bike on XL frame

I bought this bike some time ago for DH, yet have not really use it much and never ride hard. It has been stored in my living room..so warm and dry place for all this time and now is just getting dusted.. I went for a couple of rides to a local forest, but quickly realized it is too extreme.. and now I am looking for XC (XL frame).

It's built on Trek Frame by previous owner who looked after it really well, most of the parts are new, colour: chameleon green. Quick update: recently hi have been professionaly servised and get brand new rear hub with axle, grips and brand new set of tires also fully checked and greased. everything works perfectly fine. Bike in a really good condition, will be sad to see it go.
