Help needed with stuck seatpost!

Hi, I have a problem with a completely seized seatpost and looking for someone to take up the mantle for me! I have inherited an old Trek Fuel and the seatpost was basically welded into the frame - tried everything to free up, including ammonia, to no avail. Took a set of old bars through the saddle clamp (Botrager seatpost) to use as a lever and bent the bars!! Eventually resigned that it would have to be cut out, done half a job (created a tool, lopped off the top and cut most of the way down the inside of one side), lost faith and left it for the last 3 months...

If anyone has any experience with this and wants to make a few quid taking up the mantle, drop me a line with how much you'd charge for it. Happy to drop the bike / frame off locally with you. Just out of time / patience with it and would rather hand it over to someone with more experience / more capable hands!
