2011 Trek fuel ex 6 (LADY RIDDEN)

Hello people of Pinkbike I am selling my sisters 2011 small (15.5) Trek fuel ex 6. She has kept this bike in tip-top condition for 3 years and it has been by far the best bike she has ever owned. The Fuel ex is the perfect bike for the island, its progressive suspension make it feel like you are never running out of travel even on the bigger stuff. There is not a single style of riding this bike is not capable of, the rock shox and fox air suspension make it feel sturdy and well balanced for jumps or downhill riding, while the adjustable air suspension makes it possible to have a stiffer fork for park riding or racing. The ultra light aluminum frame makes it possible to climb even the biggest hills you will encounter on the mountain and makes it easy for float over roots and rocks smoothly. I have also installed Maxxis minions DHR and DHF tires onto the bike for an endless amount of grip on slippery wood features, rocks and tree roots. The Shimano Deore XT rear derailleur and front derailleur makes shifting smooth and easy and holds the chain in place while you bump over rock gardens. The Avid elixir 3 (front brake) and Avid elixir 55 (rear brake) make stopping easy and can slow you down without locking up your tires easily. I have honed the breaks to perfection making any stop easy. she has customized the bike out with straightline pedals and bash guard. The lockouts on the shocks make it easy for commuting and riding road for those days when your shuttle doesn’t want to drive you. All of these things put together make this bike a mean 25-pound shredding machine perfect for the smaller adult or youth who wants to tackle any and all kinds of riding.
