Smooth and refined-feeling at a level previously unimaginable to me. I originally set it up with adventure/bikepacking in mind, but it became more a trail bike. Then I bought a more trail-ish trail bike, and now this gorgeous ride doesn't get ridden often enough to justify its ownership.

It has superficial scratches and cable rub typical of a used MTB. It does have minor scratches on one side of a stancion from the bike tipping against a low wall (see photo). After one-plus years there doesn't seem to be any issue with oil leakage or performance from this. Fork and shock sliders kept meticulously clean. The bike is in perfect working condition, with no expense or effort spared in maintaining it.

I'm not looking for trades, just want to find a good home for this baby to fund some other bike purchases. It's unlikely you'll find a comparably-equipped 429c for this price, but you already know that if you've been shopping. Buyer to pay shipping from 92688.
