Ridley’s is looking for an individual who is passionate about cycling, desires to deliver the best customer experience every time, self-motivated, community oriented, flexible, driven to set and exceed goals and is experienced and successful in sales.
Must have experience in a retail environment, P.O.S. systems, Settling debit credit machines, supplier B2B sites, Creating and managing special orders, training staff on sales and technical products, running weekly team meetings, performing coaching and feedback, creating schedules, merchandising and creating displays and maintain consistent cleanliness.
Starting Salary: $48,000 - $54,000/year
