From Mountain Equipment Coop (MEC), package includes :

5 interchangeables lens : Clear, yellow, orange, smoke, mirror
Lens mount with nose and ear pads
Soft and foldable fabric case


Used as a XC lens. This is why the Clear, Yellow and Orange lens have been worn much more than the smoky and mirror ones.
You should expect some light surface wear, but nothing deep enough to compromize the visibility (visible when you look at the lens, but invisible when you look through).
Some writings on the lens frame started to fade (see pics)
Fully usable as is.
