I'm not sure on the year, I believe it's one of the first generation of V-tach's out there. I bought it a couple of years ago, rode it and now I want a lighter bike. Specs include:
Large Knolly V-tach frame
888 Fork (seals need to be replaced)
5th Element shock
Magura Gustav Brakes
Azonic Outlaw wheels
Thompson Seatpost
Sunline bars
Race Face northshore DH cranks
Sram X7 rear and shifter
new front tire, rear has 75%
Very solid bike, pedals really well, but it is heavy. It's got a fair number of scratches, but I've ridden it from Moab to Whistler.
