2013 On-One Il Pompino single speed cyclocross bike

ever pushed your average heart rate over 170bpm for 45 minutes while riding a singlespeed cyclocross bike in mud with the consistency of peanut butter?

me neither.

I built this bike with the intention to race some CX on it but it turns out I'm a huge wuss who relies on the artifice of multiple gears. the bike ended up just being transportation to brunch a handful of times and I felt like a disgrace with an emptiness in my heart.

one time this past fall, I felt really bad about not using the bike and had someone with a beard use it to race. afterwards he said, "that's actually a really great bike. you should ride it."

so here it is, take it off my hands.
