2002 Rocky Mountain Instinct

2002 Rocky Mountain Instinct XC Mountain Bike for sale. Size small (16.5). It GREAT condition given the years. Frame is in excellent shape. Would be the perfect bike for someone just getting into mountain biking without spending a ton of cash. It served me well for many years, but I just upgraded and it is time to sell. Just so you have an idea, I am 5'4" and it fit me great. I think it would also work for someone a little shorter but not too much taller.

At the time, this bike had the best components but everything has been replaced as well as the fork.

Fork Brand: Rock Shox Recon 351 (5 inches of travel)
Rear Shock: Fox Float RL (3.6 inches of travel)
Hubs: Shimano Deore XT Disc
Rims: Front - Mavic X221 32-hole Rear: Wheel Tech
Tires: WTB Weirwolf 2.3 (a little worn but should last another season depending on how much you ride)
Chain and cassette recently replaced
Shifters: Shimano Deore
Seat post, handlebars and cranks: Raceface

Tuned last season with only a few rides on it.
