2010 Gary Fisher (Trek) Cobia 29er.

Selling my much loved and modified Cobia. This is an absolutely brilliant 29er. Goes over obstacles like they weren't there but with G2 geometry handles like a 26er. It has been upgraded with Cane Creek headset, Hope Mini brakes inc Goodrich front brake Armoured cable for greater feel and less flex (the original Avids were shocking) , Sram X9 front derailleur, Charge saddle (original was dreadful) and new wheels. New chain in past month too. I can give the buyer a choice of Charge Saucers which have been used but are in great condition with the rear having just had new cartridge hub bearings fitted, or alternatively a new set ( literally used once for about 5 miles) of Shimano MT 15 wheels. The Charge rear has a tiny ding in the rim, see photograph, but this hasn't affected handling at all and it is perfectly true. I am building a Full Suss 29er so want to keep one set of wheels to get on with. The Charge are the better wheels, the Shimano are brand new and easier to service but I don't really mind which ones I keep. Paintwork and frame in good condition with no major hits anywhere but obviously on a used bike there are chips as expected, especially down lower on frame. The Forks were service about two months ago and have been on a trip to the Alps doing XC and some Enduro and they are still in great condition, no air or oil leaks anywhere.
