Selling My Bos Idylle's. Incredible forks, seals always cleaned and oiled after every ride, Lowers have been heli taped since new so only have a few small marks where there was no tape.
These forks are brilliant, they have the best damping i have ever felt on a fork which almost completely isolates you from the ground. All the adjustments work correctly and actually make a difference in the way they are supposed to without changing the other adjustments which again i have never felt before on any other set of forks.
Now for the elephant in the room, the reliability. Before getting these i did quite alot of research about problems and warrenty claims with idylle's and really couldn't find much that people had said bad about them. The fork that gives bos a bad name is their Deville which had numerous problems.So don't be put off by the fact they are bos. They are an open bath design which means they have an oil bath in the lowers which provides the damping but also the best lubrication out of any fork design which means you wont have to service them every month like other top forks. They are also really light at 2.8kg which for a open bath dh fork is amazing. Steerer is 160mm Finally, the finish and quality of the forks is again the best ive seen which is why they have a RRP of £1600. The crowns are so simple yet beautiful and the adjusters are all lovely machined aluminium
