Please note the Crank Brothers dropper seat post in the photos is not included as it does not work, it has been replaced with a standard fixed post.

The bike is in reasonable working order.
It is well ridden and has lots of small chips and scratches, purely cosmetic though. There is some cable rub on the frame and fork, but no damage to the stanchions. The fork was serviced at the end of last summer, and the shock is being serviced right now. The Brakes are in really good condition with plenty left on the pads. Gears/drive train could probably use a little tweaking, but all in working order. Both wheels are running true.

There is a small dent in the horizontal joining bar on the rear triangle. This happened when the shock was bottomed out and the triangle hit the up-post of the frame. It's small and I don't see it posing any structural issue. You can see it in the photos.

Overall the bike is good, it's definetly used and shows signs of that, hence the low price, but there is nothing that will stop you ripping around on it and having fun!
