2010 Trek Scratch 9 up for sale. End of summer internship forces sale as I already have a bike back home.

This is a great bike that can not only handle pedaling up hills and on XC sections, but also handles the tough and technical with ease. I'm not the first owner of this bike, but it has been taken care of very well. Fork and shock have been recently serviced, the brake pads are new and brakes have been recently bled. As it is a used bike there will be the odd spot of wear and some scratches. The right fork stanchion has a small rock chip on it, but it hasn't been a problem. Also, the bike was heli-taped and may have some sticky spots, but nothing that cannot be handled with a good scrub.

Bike comes mostly with stock parts (see descriptions in links), plus a few upgrades:
- 160mm rear travel (Fox DHX RC4) and front travel (Fox Van 36 FIT RC2; coil sprung).
- SRAM X0 9 speed
- Hope Pro 2 Evo rear hub
- Hope Headset
- Recently changed cassette and chain
- Rockshox Reverb seatpost
- Continental Trail King UST 2.2 tyres (Black Chilli)

Pedals are included - they're not in the best shape, but they will get you from point A to point B. The grips are also a bit worn out, but a change of grips prior to sale can be negotiated.
