2016 Starling Cycles Swoop Custom Mk4

Hi I have my Starling Swoop frame up for sale, I have only had it for a month but I have been offered a team deal with my LBS so despite how cool it is and how much I love it unfortunately it's up for sale.

The frame is handmade out of steel true temper supertherm, columbus life and zone tubing in Bristol and has had rave reviews in all the major bike mags.

The frame is 150mm travel has a 430mm seat tube with a 450 mm reach, 65.5 degree head angle and short 430 mm chainstays. Also 142 X 12mm rear end, threaded bb and a 31.6mm seat tube. As these are handmade by Joe there is a long waiting list for the frames and they are proving to become very popular. This was joes bespoked show frame that he sold to me and I fitted my ccdb coil cs shock that I had on my previous frame.

This is the latest incarnation and evolution of the starling so has improved tyre clearance over early editions.

The rrp on the frame only without shock is £1500 I am looking for £1000 with a ccdb coil cs with a 350lb tf tuned ti spring, sealed FUNN headset, shock hardware, axle and a modified black spire bash guard.

I have spoken to Joe at Starling and he is offering FULL WARRANTY on the frame for the buyer and will respray the frame whatever colour for £100. I have only managed 3 local rides (tame trails) and 4 days in France on the bike it has a very small dent on the down tube from a rock strike that looks like a scuff more than a dent but if it's being resprayed it won't be noticeable and being steel it won't have any impact on the integrity of the frame.

You won't get a warranty on any other second hand frames and at £500 below rrp barely ridden with a £600 shock plus headset and all essential parts and the ability to get it custom painted without voiding warranty is a bargain!!
