2016 Canfield Riot with Avalanche Woodie!

2016 Canfield Riot for sale. I bought this bike in May of this year. Everything Canfield fans say about this bike is true. Super fun bike that climbs deceivingly well and is the bomb heading downhill. Unfortunately, I injured my achilles and will be rehabbing for sometime. The frame and shock have less than 150 miles on it (about 10 rides). I am at an age where I definitely don't abuse my gear. I'd rate the condition of the bike and shock as 9 of 10 (10 being new).

I upgraded the frame with a new Avalanche Woodie coil shock in June and it took the bike to the next level. Best $700 I've spent on a bike. The shock build sheet is in the pictures but it's set up for a 177 lbs rider with a fair amount of adjustability with it's settings. My weight fluctuates +/- 5 pounds and the shock is awesome from a weight between 170 - 185. You can also send it back to Craig at Avalanche Racing for a retune for a small price. This bike is awesome run in "normal " 29er mode but will also accept 27.5 plus wheels with 2.8 Nobby Nics or similar. I ran both and it really was phenomenal.

The sale is for a raw frame with black links. Sale includes frame, cane creek headset, Avalanche Woodie shock, rear axle and seat collar. No dents, dings, etc. The beauty of the raw aluminum frame is that it will look awesome for years. Just wipe it down and it looks new again. Also, this is the version 2 of the frame. Sometime in late 2015 or early 2016 Canfield make a slight change to the frame to allow for better standover and dropper options. I've taken a number of pictures of the frame and shock and when it was built up. Let me know if you have any questions. I can also sell it with a nice build kit: XT 1x11, Next SL cranks, Nobl carbon wheelset laced to Onyx hubs (Kawasaki Green!), Enve bars, etc. Just let me know.
