Came off a 2016 Knolly Delirium, I am going with a single crown fork. They just had a full service at SuspensionWerx including a brand new air shaft and top caps (see receipt). 20mm axle, steerer cut to 6 1/2". Has a small scratch on the right stanchion but its above the crown so it won't effect performance at all. Has a bit of cable rub on the crown, see pics.
