Fork only used one year; was brand new 2 years ago, I used it for a year and it sat in storage for a year. Includes 15mm axle. Has new dirt seals. Couple minor scuffs and the stanchions are in great shape. Only thing "wrong" is that it's missing the plastic brake hose retainer. Awesome fork, just jumped wheel sizes with a new bike.
